This space is for you!

I'm Eren and I'm a journalist and postpartum depression/anxiety survivor, and I'm still a work in progress. I created "Good Moms Have Bad Days: Understanding Postpartum Depression" because there's nothing else like it on the market where you can find resources, hear stories from other women who have been through it and come through the other side, the science behind it and the work being done behind the scenes to help women and families cope with these often debilitating disorders.

I'm creating this space in the hopes that once you read this this book, or even if you don't, you will share your stories of how you survived your postpartum mood disorders, share resources and tips that worked for you, share research and news about postpartum mood disorders and generally create a safe place for us to exist and end the stigma behind these disorders. This is not a dirty secret. You are not alone in what you're feeling, thinking. And with help and support you can get better.
